Cancellation Policy

At Huelabel India, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please review the policy below:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@huelabel.in with your Order Number mentioned in the subject line.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Important Note:
As our products are personalized and custom-made specifically for each customer, personalized orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.


Replacement Policy

To ensure a smooth resolution process, please carefully read the following guidelines:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Please record a complete unboxing video starting from:

  • The sealed courier package
  • Opening process
  • Complete product display

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligible Replacement Conditions

Products are eligible for replacement only if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item was delivered

The issue must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the package.

Once approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for replacement processing.
  • The original packaging, tags, and product condition must remain intact for reverse pickup.

Please Note:

Returns are not applicable since all products are customized and personalized according to customer requirements.

Although our team takes maximum care in packaging and quality checks, damages may occasionally occur during transit. If this happens, please contact us immediately within the specified reporting period.


Refund Policy

As every order is personalized and custom-made, refunds are not applicable after the order has entered processing.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once production begins.

If you receive a product with:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors from our side
  • Incorrect items delivered

Please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery, and we will review your request and provide an appropriate solution such as:

  • Replacement
  • Correction of the product

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of personal preference
  • Incorrect details submitted by the customer
  • Customer-side customization errors
  • Delayed reporting beyond the allowed timeframe
