2. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Huelabel India is fully GST compliant according to Government of India regulations.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Fully Paid Orders

  • Fully paid orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours.
  • Estimated delivery timeline: 6–7 working days after dispatch.

Partial COD Orders

  • Partial COD orders are generally processed and dispatched within 4–5 working days.
  • Estimated delivery timeline: 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Unforeseen logistical issues

Huelabel India shall not be responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept deliveries
  • Courier service delays
  • Force majeure events

Returned or rejected shipments may attract additional shipping charges.

4. Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

As our products are customized and personalized according to customer requirements:

  • Returns are not accepted.
  • Exchanges are not applicable.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
  • Cancellation requests may only be accepted within the timeframe mentioned in our Cancellation Policy.

Any modification requests after placing an order will be considered on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.

Any references to product styles, categories, or designs are for descriptive purposes only and do not indicate any association, partnership, sponsorship, or ownership by third-party brands.

All materials, packaging, tags, and products are sourced independently.

  • Graphics

belongs to Huelabel India unless otherwise specified.

10. Replacement Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products

To qualify for a replacement claim:

A complete and unedited parcel opening video is mandatory.

The video must clearly include:

  • Sealed package before opening
  • Shipping label visibility
  • Complete opening process
  • Clear visibility of the product received

Claims without an uncut opening video will not be entertained under any circumstances.

This policy helps maintain transparency and prevents misuse of claims.
