Order Processing & Dispatch
Fully Paid Orders
- Fully paid orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders are usually delivered within 6–7 working days from the dispatch date.
Partial COD Orders
- Partial COD orders are generally processed and dispatched within 4–5 working days.
- Delivery typically takes 7–10 working days from the dispatch date.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
Important: Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim any damage, defect, or missing item issue, recording an unboxing video is mandatory.
Please record a continuous video covering:
- Sealed courier package
- Opening process
- Complete product visibility
Without a proper unboxing video, no complaints or claims will be entertained under any circumstances.
Shipping Partners
We ship throughout the week except Sundays and Public Holidays during normal business hours.
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we ship through reputed courier partners such as:
- DTDC
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Other trusted logistics partners
In locations where courier services are unavailable, we may attempt delivery through India Post or alternative logistics providers; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
How are delivery charges calculated?
- Free shipping is available on all fully paid orders across India.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, remain fixed regardless of the number of products added to your cart.
- All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Estimated Delivery Time
Approximate delivery timelines after dispatch:
Major Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai):
- 3–6 working days
Rest of India:
- 5–10 working days
For remote or non-serviceable locations, customers may be requested to collect parcels from the nearest delivery center.
Damaged Product During Delivery
If you receive a damaged product or notice tampered packaging, please contact us immediately.
Steps to follow:
- Record a complete parcel opening video.
- Email us with your Order ID and issue details.
